Linking to my website

I can get people who are visiting my website at www.workleisure.com to link here to my blog. But I haven't yet figured out how to put a link into here that you can click on to go to my website at www.workleisure.com. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks in anticipation Peter Nicholls
